Rainmakers join the STC 89's Run with Venus Fun Run

Last Sunday, some members of the Rainmakers Group led by Business Director Carlo Andrew Olano joined the Run with Venus Fun Run. The fun run was organized by the Saint Theresa's College (STC) Batch 1989 which will be celebrating their 25th high school reunion next year. Joining the run were Rexcy Gimeno, Clyde Inso, Sheila Castro and Kerwin Raga. The group were joined by Jessa Barbadillo and Ailyn Travero of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) Cebu Office.

It was the first fun run for Jessa while it was the group's first fun run in 4 months. The whole "Rainmakers Running Team" joined the 6k event. There was a shorter 3k event but the group decided that they want to challenge themselves and tackle a more challenging distance. Indeed it was very challenging as some of the team members were able to finish in over an hour. The group had a great time in the post race program. Some were able to enjoy the countless of goodies and freebies offered in the several sponsor's booth. Some were able to pose in the free photo booth session. BD Carlo won the best in Zumba (male) and he was able to bring home a gift certificate courtesy of Slimmer's World Cebu.

Rainmakers 2013 unveils new uniforms

The group recently unveiled their newest group uniform during the Robinsons Homes Cebu outing in Argao, Cebu. The new uniform is colored and has yellow trimmings. It also has the logo of Robinsons Homes in the front while the team name is embroidered in the back.

Rainmakers go island hopping!

One of the first major activities of the Rainmakers group in 2013 was having a grand outing for the active members. The activity was sponsored by Robinsons Homes. The group decided to go and explore the islands near Mactan, the location of the Blue Coast Residences. Blue Coast Residences (BCR) is one of the focused projects by the group. The island hopping served as a team building activity to help the new the members bond with the rest of the Rainmakers Group. It also served as the group's kick-off activity for 2013.

All in all, fifteen people joined the trip led by Florezil Agujetas and Carlo Olano. There were 11 active Property Associates who were in the trip and 2 guests. The eleven included new recruits TJ Bustamante, Kim Yap, Jane Baslag, and Jelly Daan. They joined the 7 senior members namely Kerwin, Sheila, Lotlot, Nelfa, Ariane, Rexcy, and Clyde.

The group got a motorized boat from the Punta Engano wharf which is just less than 100 meters from BCR. The first stop was off the coast of Sulpa Island were the group enjoyed swimming in cool waters of the Hilutungan Channel. Next stop was the sandy island of Nalusuan were the group took some crazy photos while enjoying the shallow waters near the island.

The Rainmakers were blessed with a sunny weather for the trip save for the downpour on our way home. Now we know that our group name could be a fine description of the team. ;)

Last month, Robinsons Homes held their annual sales rally and the Rainmakers Group was well represented. GM Carlo Olano, DM Flo Agujetas, AO Rexcy Gimeno, AO Ariane Alejandro and AO Clyde Inso went to Manila this year to attend the event. The RHomes 2012 Sales Rally was held at the Crowne Plaza Manila. The group was stayed at the GO Hotels in Mandaluyong. The Rainmakers were able to visit the head office at the Robinsons Galleria complex. Here are some of the pics that we took:

Robinsons Homes Cebu 2012 Christmas Party

Last December 7, 2012, Robinsons Cebu celebrated its Christmas party at the Summit Circle Hotel. The party was dubbed as "A Sparkling Christmas" with an ecology-inspired green theme. The Rainmakers were well-represented. Members from the old and the new converged at the venue.

Rainmakers Sheila, Jane, and TJ starred at the games. While Flo, Carlo, Rexcy, and Ariane were handed were handed certificates for their fine performance in the final 2 quarters of 2012. All Rainmaker agents save for Sheila, Kerwin, and Nelfa showed their ability to wiggle their hips as they danced to the tune of J-Lo's Dance Again. Flo said that the 2012 Christmas party was his best ever since he joined Robinsons. It was really one memorable party and the Rainmakers expect that a bigger party will happen in 2013! Merry Christmas!!!
