As expected June is not a strong month for sales mainly due to the fact that most attention is on tuition fees.  For me, the performance is satisfactory.  Sales figures could improve with the opening of new blocks for sale.  

For July, it is expected that the Rainmakers will at least double the sales performance in June.  The bulk of inquiries will still come from mall exhibits but the group will be exploring other sources of prospects. It is expected also that Lee Erro will be able to sell some lots this month.  Lotlot is coming back and for sure, she will be motivated to catch up.  

2nd Quarter Summary

It was a spectacular 2nd quarter for the Rainmakers.  The team helped Robinsons Homes sell all the lots in the first phase of Aspen Heights.  The Rainmakers contributed in every event and exhibit.  We hope to duplicate such for performance in the coming quarters.

Top Performers of the 2nd Quarter for Robinsons Homes Cebu

During the summer outing, the top performers for Robinsons Homes Cebu were recognized.  It was an amazing 3 months for the Rainmakers and it was not surprising that the Top 3 came from the group.

3rd Place: Sheila Castro.  Her superb performance was buoyed by the dentists and medical practitioners who was impressed by Aspen Heights Subdivision.  She has been a workhorse and very diligent in getting referrals from clients.  Good job, Shi!

Second Place: Noel Balbon. He only needed 2 months to match the sales record of the "older" group members.  His sales are mainly from family and friends who saw the potential of Aspen Heights.  With him in the picture is his lucky charm, him "itoy".  Well done, Noel!

Top Performer of the Quarter: Jessie Jame Polancos.  The numero uno for the quarter is none other than Jess, who didn't even need to sell in March (due to some commitments).  Nevertheless, he currently holds the record for most sales in a month and in a quarter for the Aspen Heights Subdivision.  The USC-Talamban alum got most of his sales from family and referrals.  We expect so much more from next quarter since you are now a Full-time RAINMAKER. Way to go, Jess.

Miss Jane Balintag awarded the certificates assisted by her staff Ann and Kaye.  We hope to be in more awarding ceremonies soon.

RHomes Cebu Summer Outing (April 2010)

Robinsons Homes Cebu held its Summer outing last April at Villa Teresita in Talisay City, Cebu.  Present were the office staff led by Ma'am Jane, the support staff, and in-house sales teams.  It was a night filled fun, food, singing, games, booze, swimming, and dancing.

The food was yummy.  The tequila was continually flowing. The karaoke was always in play. 

We had fun in the games. At least this time Rodney won.

Maricel of Nabua Realty showed her dance moves.  While the rest, showed it in the dance floor later that night.

The pools were great for swimming.  Noel and his son had a wonderful night.  It was a great night with all the people behind Aspen Heights.  We know that we will have bigger celebrations in the future.

Grand Launching of the Robinsons Homes 2010 Design Collections

 

Robinsons Homes launched its Design Collection last April 11, 2010.  The event was held at City Sports in Cebu Business Park.  Invited were the buyers of Aspen Heights Subdivision, guests from banks, realties, and potential buyers.  Representatives of Robinsons Home head office were present to officially launch the newest house design line.

  

The food served by City Sports was great.  It was a filling selection of pica-pica and drinks were served.  Guests were entertained with dance numbers and games.  The guests were impressed with new designs while the sellers and brokers are looking forward to selling the houses.

The Rainmakers were all present in the event.  We congratulate the office led by Miss Jane Balintag for such a well-organized event.  With events like these, the Rainmakers will always give its 100% support.

The March 2010 Tea Party

Robinsons Homes had a tea party last March for its newest project in Cebu, the Aspen Heights Subdivsion.  The tea party was held at The Coffee Bean at Robinsons Cybergate Cebu.  Robinsons Cybergate is the newest office/mini-mall building by Robinsons Land Corporation.  It located adjacent to Chong Hua Hospital.  

The guests were treated to coffee/tea drinks, and pastries exclusively prepared by the Coffee Bean staff.  The clients were briefed about Aspen Heights and those who decided to reserve were given a Robinsons Supermarket gift certificate courtesy of Robinsons Homes Cebu. The Star Rainmaker for the event was Rodney Raga as he was able to book a sale in Block 34 of the middle-class development.

All in all, it was another successful and well-attended event.  Marcial Lastimosa of Nabua realty was also able to register a sale.  After the event, the Rainmakers along with the office staff and other brokers enjoyed the drinks and goodies by The Coffee Bean.  The Rainmakers who missed the event are looking forward to the next party....Right, Noel and Jess?? 

Lotlot's Birthday and Mark Kerwin Raga's entry to the group

Lotlot Lawas celebrated her 32nd Birthday last March and it was memorable day for the Rainmakers.  We enjoyed food and booze at her home at Englis V. Rama.  Lee had a very memorable party.

Mark Kerwin Raga is the better half of original Rainmaker, Sheila Castro.  He used to work in the Talisay City Hall and is also related to the Caballero clan.  Shiela recruited him and although their partnership is full of ups and downs, they are able work it out and sell many lots. We expect a Rainmaker wedding in the near future.

Noel Balbon joins and Amisa night visit.

On February 2010, Noel Balbon joined the team.  He is Paco's brother in law and he has a wide array of interests from making and eating food like siomai to raising livestock.  The best way to Noel's heart is definitely through his stomach.  He is also an accomplished athlete and he is very jolly in his dealing with people.

Noel and his friends had a site tour to Amisa at night.  Although we weren't able to enjoy the seaside view because of darkness, we were still able to see the showroom.  It was Noel's first visit there and we are looking forward to more Amisa sales in the near future by him and the rest of the Rainmakers.

Jessie's Party

After a blazing January for Jess, he celebrated his birthday and thanksgiving with the whole gang.  It was another eat-all-you-can dinner at Tong's.  After the ultra-filling dinner the group headed out to its favorite activity then, KARAOKE.

We went to Paseo to drink some booze and sing our hearts out. Rainmakers know how to have fun.

Thanks, Jess! We will have more celebrations in the future.... Guaranteed!
