Food Adventures - June/July 2012

When Flo was discussing about culture of the Rainmakers, one activity that would probably stand out is eating out and exploring the different culinary offerings in Cebu.  We love to eat out and try different foods.  In the past couple of months, the Rainmakers were able to visit several interesting places.  Here some of our photo souvenirs. ;)

Milestones: Rexcy's First Sale

After a wait of over a month, new Rainmakers Account Officer Rexcy Gimeno becomes a certified Rainmaker seller after closing his first deal for Robinson's Aspen Heights.  For his first ever sale, Rexcy closed two lots with a total value of around 1.7 Million pesos. Not bad for a first sale.   Congrats, Rexcy!!!

Welcome to the Group: Rexcy and Clyde

After months of searching for new Account Officers, the Rainmakers Group added Rexcy "Jacob" Gimeno and Clyde Inso to the group.  Rexcy is a fresh graduate from the University of San Carlos and he spent his on-the-job training under the supervision of Miss Jane Balintag. Clyde is a musician/tutor and is based in Pardo.

They arrived in a good month as Robinsons Homes Cebu was launching new blocks for sale at Aspen Heights and adding the Blue Coast Residences to its inventory.  Both have great potential to become successful Real Estate agents.  Good luck Rex and Clyde!!!

Second Rainmaker Baby is born and baptized

John Lester Castro-Raga is the second baby under the "Rainmakers era".  John Lester or JL for short is the son of Sheila Castro and Mark Kerwin Raga.  He was delivered by Dra. Florencia Miel.  JL was baptized recently at the Saint Joseph Parish in Talisay, Cebu.  Among the ninangs and ninongs were Nelfa, Carlo, Titing, Marietta, and Ma Ely.

4th Quarter Prep: Breakfast Meeting

The active Rainmakers' agents had a breakfast meeting at McDonald's Fuente Osmena to plan for the new quarter and introduce the new members to the old timers. The third quarter performers will also recognized for their wonderful achievement.

Among the new members present were Rexcy Gimeno and Irish Lawas. Rexcy also known as Jacob is one of the newest members with allowance. When he was a student, he spent his on-the-job training at Robinsons Land Cebu office under the supervision of Ms. Jane Balintag. Irish Lawas is a cousin of GM Carlo Olano and AO Rose Lawas. She joined the group the as one of the non-allowance sales trainees.

The breakfast meeting was a good way to start a new duty day as the group proceeded to the Robinsons Place Cebu for exhibit manning.

2% on Lots at Aspen Heights Subdivision

Aspen Heights Subdivision in Consolacion, Cebu is the main project that the Robinsons Homes Rainmakers Group is marketing. Just last month, Robinsons Homes Cebu has announced a 2% price off on all lot purchases until September 30, 2012. Rainmaker Girls at Da Vinci's Parkmall

Thanks to Mrs. Evelyn Agujetas the active Rainmaker girls had a food trip at Da Vinci's Parkmall in one of the duty days in April. Ariane, Lot-lot and Jill feasted on pizza, pasta, and chicken.  Evelyn treated as her "bangka" for selling a lot via cash purchase.  The free meal became a some sort of lucky charm for the girls as the 3 girls combined for 6.8 million pesos in sales for Aspen Heights in the quarter. I am sure the other AO's are looking forward to the girl's respective bankas. ;)
