Last December (2009), Robinsons Land Cebu wanted to try having an in-house group that is totally dedicated to selling it's newest project. Miss Jane Balintag, the Branch Head of RLC Cebu asked me to start a group that will be focused on marketing Aspen Heights. I obliged. Initially, we were just 4 people who thought it would be a great opportunity. Carlo Andrew Olano, the Group manager (that's me) is a former Account Manager for Amisa, a resort condominium project of Robinsons Land Corporation. Florezil Agujetas II, Rainmakers' founding Division Manager is a law graduate and was a QMax for Blue Coast Residences, a high end subdivision project of RLC in Mactan, Cebu. Sheila Castro and Rodney Raga are the first 2 Account Officers of the group. Both have been working with me as real estate associates for the Amisa project. Together the first four dreamed and embarked towards the challenging world of middle-class real estate selling. We were quiet sure that we will succeed and we believed that we can be the best. The picture was taken in our first event, the blessing of the gate of the new subdivision. We never expected to make a sale that day but we did. It was from a referral. And so it begins...
