November 2010: Groundbreaking of the Clubhouse in Aspen Heights Subdivision

Last November, Robinsons Homes held a groundbreaking ceremony for the main amenity area of Aspen Heights. Aspen Height Subdivision is a middle-class subdivision offering located in Danlag/Tolo-Tolo, Consolacion, Cebu.  The main amenity area will have a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, and playground.

The Rainmakers came in full force that day and Robinsons Homes Cebu prepared a hearty lunch for everyone.

Robinsons to launch Azalea Place

Robinsons Land Corporation is set to launch its second condominium offering in Cebu, the Azalea Place. Azalea Place is a condominium under the Robinsons Residences brand. It will be located at Gorordo Avenue, Lahug.

You may own a studio unit for as low as 10,200 pesos a month.

Manila Trip: Morning After

After a fun night. The group has to wake early to buy the pasalubong for Cebu. We went to SM Mall of Asia (Thanks to Jessie's Tito). We explored the biggest mall in the Philippines, had a quick lunch, then bought some goodies at Krispy Kreme. The nice thing about MOA is it is near the NAIA.  We did not wait long get a taxi going to the airport. We arrived too early for our flight and we got the best seats.

Looking forward to our next visit. ;)

Kaye visits Rainmakers@ Go Hotel

After an amazing kick-off party for Robinsons Homes, the group decided to go back to the hotel and plan for dinner. Kaye Villahermosa, our former Sales Admin. Officer for Amisa, dropped by for a visit. We rode the MRT to Makati to have dinner in Big Buddha Greenbelt. Afterwards, we decided to go back to the hotel for some drinking and kumustahan session.

Manila Trip: Robinsons Home Spring Madness

Robinsons Home kick-offed its new fiscal year with the theme "Spring Madness: Rejuvenate, Rejoice, Reign".  The program included some dance and song numbers.  Rhomes also feted its top agents and groups. The special host of the event was Rocco Nacino of GMA 7. The souvenir for the event were plants. The Cebu boys really enjoyed the show and looked forward for the rest of evening.

We are ready to party! After changing to our "costumes", we made our to Galleria to check out our head office and have some lunch.  The kick off party was still 2 pm. We had a little time to explore Robinsons Galleria Mall. We looked so cool with our caps and we were excited to be in the Spring Madness.
