2012 Robinsons Homes Cebu Summer Outing

This year's summer outing was held at Villa Teresita in Talisay, Cebu.  The day was filled with fun and games.  It was a very well organized activity by the Robinsons Land Corporation's Cebu staff led by Ms. Jane Balintag.  Majority of Rainmakers Group were there.  Present were Carlo, Flo, Nelfa, Evelyn Agujetas, Belen, Jil, and Ariane.  The other groups were also their like the Dynamics, Land Asia, and Flaminia group.

Wild and Wacky visit at Aspen Heights (Summer 2012)

The new "Angels" have finally started working.  One day, we decided to have mini-pictorial at the site.  Jil, Kim, and Ariane gamely posed with Lenmar, Flo, and Richard in different locations at Aspen Heights.  Their jump shots had a background of the picturesque view in Block 16. They also took some pictures at the large billboard near the village marker. They definitely looked like that they were enjoying the project that they are going to sell. Hopefully, they will sell lots. ;)

Finally, our new "with allowance" Account Officers were able to start manning for the exhibit of Aspen Heights.  One of their first assignments were in Parkmall.  Parkmall has been our of our favorite exhibit destinations as it has generated several leads and many of our sales.  The Parkmall exhibit is sort of like the baptism of fire for both agents. Hopefully, they will be able close sales from their prospects in the exhibits just like most of the agents before them.

In their first every Aspen Heights exhibit "duty" away from the Robinsons home court, they had lunch at one of the newest stall at the mall.  They had lechon belly for lunch and dinner (because we ordered so much during lunch time).

The first time is always hardest and both seem to be able to transition well towards a career in real estate sales.  Hopefully, the pair will last long, have countless of sales, and truly become full-fledged Rainmakers. One again, welcome on board Jil and Yan!!
