BDO Bank Seminar and July Office Pics

The Robinsons Homes' staff organized a bank briefing with a representative from Banco De Oro. The group was able to learn a lot about loan applications and we were able to ask the process and the other questions relating to loan takeouts of our clients.

Gerry's Grill with Jereh's Angel

Last June, the Rainmakers were invited by Angel (Jereh's love) to have dinner at Gerry's Grill Ayala. She used to be with Robinsons Homes as part of the original Cebu Qmax Group. She is quiet doing well now in life and she made a career teaching ESL. We are so thankful for the treat.

May 2010 Aspen Heights Open House

Last May, Robinsons Homes Cebu once again hosted an open house for Aspen Heights Subdivision. The Rainmakers as expected gave its full support and participation. We invited several guests and we closed 3 lots that day courtesy of Flo, Noel, and Rodney. 

We had a great time entertaining our guests and eating the food ordered by the Robinsons Home office led by Miss Jane. The group was able to find time to pose and have fun in Aspen Heights. Engineer Ryan Tolentino was also there to grace to occasion.

Rainmakers at the Mandaue Fiesta and the SRP launching

Last May, the Rainmakers were invited by Dra. Elvie Lumapas to her ancestral home to celebrate the Mandaue Fiesta. We enjoyed a sumptuous dinner.

After dinner, the group decided to checked out the Grand Launch of the South Road Properties by the Cebu City Government. We watched the fireworks.

Aspen Heights Tea Party on July 31, 2010

To end the month of July, Robinsons Homes Cebu is organizing an investor's tea party at Parkmall. The event is made to update the buyers about the latest developments in Aspen Heights. Prospects that will reserve on this day will be given a special gift.

Congratulation Lee Erro for selling Block 35 lot 29!

Lee Erro sold Block 35 lot 29 of Aspen Heights.  It is her first sale in a couple of months and it is the group's icebreaker for the month.  We expect more sales to come just as the month is wrapping up.  With new lots available, it will not be surprising that the group will make it rain in the next two weeks.

The Rainmakers and the Trophy

Robinsons Homes awarded the Rainmakers as the Top Sales Group for Aspen Heights in the 2nd Quarter of 2010.  The trophy is finally in Cebu and here are some pictures of the Rainmakers with this first ever trophy.

Way to go, team!!! We all know that this is just the first of many. ;)

First award and sales rally

Last May, the GM of the Rainmakers along with Ms. Jane Balintag were invited to the Robinsons Homes' 2nd Quarter Sales Rally and Ma'am Marilu's send off party. It was the first time that the group was invited to go Manila to receive an award.

The sales people and Robinsons Homes' provincial officer were billeted in the newly launched budget hotel of Robinsons Land Coporation, the GoHotels.  The accommodations are outstanding specially when one consider its price. The first night was somehow bittersweet because Ma'am Malou the longtime General Manager of Robinsons Homes was stepping to spend more time with her family in the US.  All the heads and officers of RLC were present during ceremony held at Robinsons Galleria. The provincial sales groups were ecstatic that night because the awardees for the quarter all came from outside metro Manila. The Cebu team is now officially introduced to the top teams of Mindanao during dinner and the after-party at Shangri-La Edsa mall.

The formal awarding ceremonies were held the next time and the top brokers got their hardware.  Jo Ramos of Davao was awarded the broker of the quarter.  The Rainmakers were awarded for their brilliant performance in selling Aspen Heights. Kudos also to the brokers from Cagayan de Oro and Laoag.

After its first recognition, the Rainmakers are now expected to figure prominently in every Sales Rally and awarding for Robinsons Homes. That's GUARANTEED! Congratulations, RAINMAKERS!!
